I strive !!!

I doth strive to be strong, but am rendered weak at times.
I doth strive to be unselfish, but am rendered selfish at times.
I doth strive to be prudent, but am rendered foolish at times.
I doth strive to control myself, but loseth control at times.

I strive to be perfect, but that I shall never be.

For I am a mere MORTAL, and entitled to having flaws.
